Under instructions from the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, IIEF has established an online help-desk on NPS to provide individual members, Central and State Government ministries and departments, autonomous bodies, and the pensions research and business community with a single-window to direct questions, ideas and requests for clarifications or information. NPS Surveys
For the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, IIEF has developed a series of online surveys to assess the knowledge of new central government employees regarding the NPS, as well as to compile information on compliance by autonomous bodies, P&AOs and DDOs in channeling NPS member contributions and data.
